I mean it's only 3 or 4 armor off of what a person would get for not meeting the req of the higher armor ones, but I doubt it is that rare and I don't see the novelty in it. So I would say get your mods back and put em on a different shield, then sell to the nearest merchant. But that's just my opinion.

No use and I've never seen it wanted for collections. Armor 8 req 0 sometimes wanted depending upon skin but this one not so much afaik. Agreed on salvage and merch
